This year's National Arts Exhibition concluded successfully, featuring works from over 60 emerging artists representing all four regions of Eswatini. The exhibition, held at the Manzini Cultural Centre, showcased visual arts, sculptures, textile art, and mixed media installations that explored themes of identity, heritage, and contemporary Swazi life. Arts Development Officer Thabiso Mkhonta noted that the exhibition recorded its highest visitor numbers in five years, with over 3,000 attendees during the two-week display period. "The quality and diversity of work presented this year demonstrates the incredible creative talent we have in Eswatini. Many of these artists have never exhibited before, and this platform gives them the exposure they deserve," Mkhonta said. Several artists received recognition through the ENCAC Emerging Artist Award, which includes a grant for further training and professional development.
